What a night for the Huskies!
Last night, our teams were on fire, showing off their skills and determination. Here's a quick recap:
🏈 JV Football:
The JV Football team battled hard and came out on top, beating Hale 22-14. Great teamwork and hustle on the field!
🏐 Varsity Volleyball:
Our Varsity Volleyball team dominated the court, taking down Merrill in three straight sets: 25-16, 25-13, 25-10.
Liz McCaw: 15 kills
Maddie Breece: 7 kills
Blair Davenport: 15 assists, 10 digs, 3 aces
Ava Colthorp: 4 aces
BayLeigh Clapp: 9 digs
Madi Aldrich: 9 assists, 2 aces
🏐 JV Volleyball:
The JV Volleyball team also had a great showing, winning 2 out of 3 sets: 25-21, 25-17, 2-15.
Lexi Shelley: 1 ace, 2 assists, 3 digs
Ally Pryor: 3 aces, 1 kill
Leah Wale: 1 ace, 2 kills, 2 digs
Liberty Short: 3 aces, 1 kill

Reminder: Athletics Picture Day Tomorrow
Just a quick reminder that tomorrow is Picture Day for all high school athletes and middle school cross country athletes! Students do not need to bring any money with them tomorrow. After the photos are taken, parents will receive a link from the photographer to view and purchase the pictures online.

Nice day for an August meet. Rolling into this meet a week after camp, school starting back up, hot weather coming in, etc but we didn't let that stop us from running tough.
Boys race we unfortunately don't have a full team to place but other teams didn't have a full squad either and I know we beat some of those teams. We do have 3 boys starting Monday so I'm excited for them to have a full team for the next meet in 11 days.
Girls race was what I expected. I told them going in we would have 5 in the top 8 and we did. Had 6 in the top 12 for that matter. Only raced 6 of our 9 girls today and they scored 23 points for a good ol fashion butt whooping. Not sure what 2nd place score even was. We know what we have moving forward. Big things coming this year.
