Happy birthday to Saydee Allen, Andrea Haworth and Raegyn Mayer. Celebrating a birthday this weekend are Liliana Zuniga and Elijah Ferratt.
Varsity and JV boys basketball will be in Vestaburg tonight starting at 6:00pm. The theme for tonight’s game will be “Tie Dye”.
Varsity cheer will be home tonight for the Breckenridge Invite starting at 6:00pm.
Varsity wrestling will be at MLS in Saginaw starting at 10:00am Saturday.
The varsity bowling teams will be at Pins in Ithaca starting at 10:00am on Saturday.
The JV boys bowling team will be at Riverwood in Mt. Pleasant starting at 9:00am on Saturday.
All vocational students must be in 4th hour at the start and for the duration of class. If you are not to class on time, you will be marked accordingly.
After school tutoring will be in the media center on Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm.
Mt. Pleasant GI-TEC will be hosting an open house on Thursday, February 10th from 5:00-7:30pm.
There will be NO Alma vocational classes today.

6th Grade STEM is building our Graham Cracker houses. The students had to make a floor plan, that included area and perimeter measurements, as well as make estimates for how many graham crackers they will need to complete their project. Finished products will be displayed later this week!

Beaverton has implemented a mask mandate so if you go to the game tonight you will be expected to wear a mask at all times. This is spectators, players on the bench and coaches. Athletes on the court are the only exception. Please be prepared to mask up.

The BCS Board of Education will hold their regular monthly board meeting on Monday January 17th, 2022 beginning at 7pm in the HS/MS media center.

Merry Christmas Huskies!
Today, BES students were gifted handmade wooden toys for all 310 students at BES from Mr. Phil Maxwell's woodshop class from St. Louis High School. 40 HS students from St. Louis delivered these presents this morning. The wood for these projects were donated by the Trent Carter family. The joy that was shared by both BES and St. Louis students was felt by all. Thank you to all involved!
Parent Reminder: Friday is a half day of school. BES students will be released at 11:20 am and MS/HS will be released at 11:30 am.
Both buildings conducted ALICE Drills today. ALICE drills help our staff and students to be prepared in case of an emergency.
