Huskies Weekly Report – Homecoming Edition!
It’s been an exciting Homecoming Week here at Breckenridge, and our Huskies have been busy! Here’s a look at all the action from this week:
Varsity Volleyball
Our Varsity Volleyball team dominated Montabella, winning 25-8, 25-10, and 25-17. Great performances included:
• Liz McCaw: 9 kills, 4 aces
• Emma Tinson: 8 kills
• Lily St. John: 5 kills
• BayLeigh Clapp: 14 digs
JV Volleyball
Our JV team also came out on top against Montabella, winning 25-11, 25-14, and 11-15. Key contributors were:
• Leah Wale: 8 aces, 4 kills, 3 digs
• Dasia Denwiddie: 5 aces, 1 kill, 9 assists, 3 digs
• Ally Pryor: 3 kills, 6 digs
• Jayla Potter: 1 ace, 1 kill
• Lexi Shelley: 1 ace, 2 kills, 2 digs
Cross-Country
At the Carson City MSAC Meet, our Boys finished 2nd and the Girls took 1st place! Outstanding performances from our runners include:

• Aimon Humm: 10th
• Danica Aldrich: 2nd
• Avery Westall: 3rd
• Ally Schmitz: 4th
• Nataly Vine: 5th
• Maizy Matthews: 7th
Varsity Football
Our Varsity Football team gave it their all against Coleman, but came up short 22-38. Let’s keep supporting these athletes as they push forward into the season!
JV Football
The JV Football team faced a tough battle against Coleman and ended the night with a loss, but we’re proud of their perseverance. Onward and upward, Huskies!
Cheer Team
Shoutout to our Cheer team for bringing the energy and Husky spirit all week long! Their enthusiasm helped lift us up and kept the crowd pumped for our athletes.
Girls Golf
Our Girls Golf team will be competing this week. We’re wishing them all the best—Go Huskies!
