Thanks to a donation from the Dow WIN (Women's Inclusion Network), 6th and 7th grade students could dissect owl pellets today. They have been studying interactions in ecosystems and food webs and were able to study what the potential food web might look like for the owl that produced their pellet. It was a great experience and we are thankful for the donation!

Hey Huskie parents! Just a reminder that both middle and high school student athletes must pay a registration fee ($50 for middle school, $100 for high school). Parents may help out at games by taking tickets, and during basketball they may also take down stats for the book. If you're familiar with that process and would like to sign up for a game (Schedule here: https://www.breckhuskies.org/page/sports-schedules) please email kshort@breckhuskies.org. Each event worked will take $25 off your registration fee. Thanks!

The World Literature classes attended The Acting Company: Odyssey play today on MSU's campus. The play was an adaptation of Homer's The Odyssey, which students previously read in English 9. Our students were fantastic audience members and represented BHS well.

Today's chemistry investigates the age-old question," How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie pop?"

Huskie nation! Just a quick reminder: tomorrow is a half-day for students. We will also have CTE/VOC, and staff will have professional development. Enjoy trick or treating tomorrow night, and stay safe. #HuskiePride
