🏆 Breckenridge Athletics Weekly Update: 10/27 - 11/2 🏆 Cross Country 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Congratulations to our Girls Cross Country team and Anthony Rowe for reaching the State Finals! Competing among the best at Michigan International Speedway on Saturday, they showed incredible grit and brought home some impressive results. The girls placed in the top 5 as a team—a huge accomplishment that reflects all their hard work and dedication this season! We’re especially proud of our All-State runners: Ally Schmitz (14th place): Ran an outstanding time of 19:38, setting a new school record and improving her previous time by 8 seconds! Danica Aldrich (17th place): Close behind, Danica posted an impressive 19:40, securing 7th place on our school’s leaderboard. This team has shown phenomenal growth and determination all season, and their success at State is well-earned. Congratulations to all our Cross Country athletes for their amazing achievements! Varsity Volleyball 🏐 After a strong season, our Volleyball team is ready to bring their best at Districts this week! With a first-round bye and the #2 seed, they’ll face the winner of Monday's Fulton vs. Ashley game. Don’t miss the action—join us at 7:30 PM on Wednesday in Ashley to support our Huskies as they kick off their District run! Fall Season Highlights 🍂 As the fall season comes to a close, we’re incredibly proud of every Breckenridge athlete and their accomplishments this year. Here are the winners of our pumpkin contest. We had over a 100 entries this year and this contest was hard to judge. Everyone did an excellent job! Reminder parents that tomorrow October 31st is a half day and we dismiss at 11:20 at the elementary. Our Halloween parade begins at 10:00 for Preschool and 10:30 for K-5th Grade. Costumes should be school appropriate and safe for all. Parents may line up in the gym. If you are here and have a pumpkin please take it home with you then and any other pumpkins will need to be picked up by noon. Also, tomorrow October 31st Breckenridge's Trick or Treat hours are from 6:00 to 8:00pm.

Breckenridge Athletics Weekly Update (10/20 - 10/26) 🐾 This week was full of excitement as we celebrated Fall Sports Senior Night! Thank you to all our seniors for your dedication, hard work, and love for Breckenridge High School Athletics. We’ve watched you grow and excel over these four years, and it’s been an honor to share the journey with you. We also want to thank the families for their unwavering support! With fall sports wrapping up, the Cross Country State Finals and Volleyball Districts are just around the corner. Let’s get out there and show our Huskies some love! 💙💛 🏃‍♀️🏆 Cross Country: Regional Champions! 🏆🏃‍♂️ Our Cross Country teams shined at regionals, with the Girls' Team taking home the Regional Championship title and the Boys finishing strong in 4th place! The girls' team and Anthony will represent us at the MHSAA State Finals on November 2nd—we can’t wait to see what they accomplish next.
