BCS parents,
Food Service departments across the nation are experiencing food shortages. This will impact the breakfast/lunch choices that BCS will be able to provide our students until the issue of these shortages are rectified. Please be patient with us as we make adjustments needed to provide quality meals for our students. BCS will make sure our menu in our app are updated on a weekly basis to best provide families with our menu for students.

Farmer Friends! The STEM and Science programs at Breckenridge Community Schools have benefitted from your support in the past and are asking for your support again. Thanks to your nominations and our teacher's grant writing, we have received two $10,000 grants that allowed us to purchase laptops and other Science equipment such as microscopes to directly improve the STEM and Science education of our students. This time the process is even easier! Now through November 1st farmers can enroll in Grow Communities. Winning farmers are announced in January 2022. They will have the opportunity to direct $5,000 to an eligible school STEM program or nonprofit of their choice. Please consider enrolling in #GrowCommunities. It only takes a few minutes to potentially make an impact for a rural nonprofit or school in your area. Check out @AmericasFarmers website for more info: www.americasfarmers.com
