*Zane Schmitz and Jaxon Laubscher will be at Forest Acres WEst at MSU for the individual golf State Finals on Friday and Saturday starting at 9:00am both days.

*There are free paperback books that are available on the table and cart in the media center for anyone that would like them.

*MS Orientation for incoming 6th grade students will be held tomorrow at 8:30am.

*8th through 11th grade students, the homecoming ballots are open. Please check for an email from Mr. Ricco. Nominations are due by 3:00pm TODAY!

Congratulations to our Huskie Baseball and Softball teams for taking home MHSSA District Championships this weekend. Baseball moves on to play Fowler on Wednesday at 4:30 pm in Merrill. Softball moves on to play Alcona on Saturday at 10 am in Carson City. Go Huskies!
It's a bit cool today, but our 2nd-5th graders are still having a blast at Field Day!
Field Day announcement!
Field Day for 2nd-5th grade students will be Monday, June 6th from 8:30 am to 12pm.
Field Day for K-1 will be on Tuesday, June 7th from 12 pm to 2:30pm.
Field Day will be held at the elementary (by the little league fields) this year due to construction on the HS track. Parents are welcome, but need to park back by the ball fields. Bathrooms will be available at the little league building.
Students will need sunscreen, water bottle, small snack, an extra pair of clothes, a towel, and a positive attitude! We are looking forward to a great day!

*Varsity boys golf will be at the Pohl Cat in Mt. Pleasant for the MSAC League meet today starting at 12:00pm.
*Varsity track will be at Coleman for the final MSAC meet of the season starting at 4:00pm.
*Students and staff are encouraged to wear their Kenzie's Crew shirts today to show support for one of our fellow Huskies.
*After school tutoring will be in the media center on Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm.
*There will be no school on Friday, May 27th for a built in snow day or Monday, May 30th in observance of Memorial Day.
*All books borrowed from the media center must be returned by May 26th.
*MS yearbook order forms were sent home last week. Yearbooks are $20 each. Order forms are due by Thursday, May 26th. Please drop payments off to the HS office. Please make checks payable to Breckenridge Community Schools.
*There are signup sheets on the table outside of the HS office for the following sports. HS football, HS Summer basketball, MS and HS cheer, and MS and HS cross country.
*Kenny Inc. has employment opportunities for students 16 years old or older for a seasonal position during the cucumber harvest from Mid-July through mid-September. If interested, students must call Kenny Inc. at 989-643-7780 or stop in the office between 9:00am-5:00pm.
*The Gratiot Area Youth Police Academy will be hosting the 2022 academy on June 20th-June23rd at the North Elementary in Ithaca from 8:00am-4:00pm for students 5th through 10th grade interested in participating. This is a free event. The enrollment deadline is Monday, May 30th. There are informational sheets on the table outside of the HS office.

They will be held at the Family Practice Center-Alma at 330 E Warwick Drive, on the east side of the hospital towards the back of the parking lot. No appointment is necessary. You must take a completed physical form with you, which are located in the HS office.
