Happy Teacher's Day
What a great week focused on relationship-building and engaging learning opportunities across Breckenridge Community Schools!

Your partnership and support are vital to creating an environment where our students not only grow academically but also thrive as young community members.

We want to reassure our families that our commitment to providing a stable, high-quality education remains our top priority. Our day-to-day operations are not impacted by the recent state budget updates, and we are pleased to confirm that free breakfast and free lunch continue for all BCS students.

Important Schedule Alert
Please remember to mark your calendars: Wednesday, October 8, will be a HALF DAY of school for all students, allowing our staff to participate in essential professional development.
BES Students Dismissal: 11:20 AM
MS/HS Students Dismissal: 11:30 AM

Thank you for your continued engagement with Breckenridge Community Schools. We hope you enjoy your weekend!

Where does the wax go? Today's chemistry students went beyond simple observation to answer that question! They made quantitative measurements of a burning candle to track changes in mass and calculate the energy transferred to heat water. A fantastic hands-on lab exploring thermodynamics and chemical changes!
